SHIPPING & RETURNS

We will happily accept returns on all full priced items within 14 days of receipt.

You can return in store by booking a private appointment, please contact customer service at info@zadig-et-voltaire.com.au

A refund, exchange or store credit will be offered to purchases online subject to the following:

  1. Please email info@zadig-et-voltaire.com.au for return approval. Proof of purchase is required.
  2. Goods must be returned with in 14 days.
  3. Goods must be returned in new condition, unworn, not washed and with all tags attached and in original packaging.
  4. Sale items cannot be returned. All Sale purchases are final.
  5. Earrings and swimwear cannot be returned due to health regulations.
  6. Approved exchanges will incur additional shipping fees. Delivery charges will not be refunded or credited.
  7. Goods can be returned in store or posted to:

  8. Zadig et Voltaire will not take responsibly for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

AUSTRALIA

All our parcels are sent with Australia Post standard shipping.

Free delivery for orders over AU$500.

Delivery within Australia for purchases under $500 is a flat rate of $12.

For deliveries within Australia please allow 3 – 5 working days for orders to be processed.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frame indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. 

Please be aware our shipping partner, Australia Post, is experiencing delayed parcel deliveries due to COVID- 19 disruptions. 

 

NEW ZEALAND

Free delivery for orders over AU$500.

We offer a flat delivery fee of $20 per order under AU$500

All our parcels are sent with Australia Post standard shipping.

Please note, your merchandise may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Zadig et Voltaire is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Zadig et Voltaire you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping at a cost to Zadig et Voltaire), duties, fees, taxes and / or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.
